1) Operations Executive (Logistics/ Freight Forwarding)

Job Description
Principal responsibilities:
a
- Record, initiate enter the cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing.
- Calculate, account and provide information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge…etc.
- Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them, and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for under-processing shipments.
- Organize and coordinate the formalities regarding the clearing of cargo or shipments at the port.
- Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Direct Manager.


2) Customer Service Specialist 

Responsibilities:
• Managing import & export shipments - setup, monitor, track, liaise with vendors
• Preparing quotes for existing clients and overseas agents
• Keeping profiles updated / preparing client mail-outs
• Liaising with existing clients and overseas offices / network.


Requirements:
- To be considered for this position, you must have strong freight forwarding experience not less than 2 years – import/export and air/ocean freight.
- You will also have excellent customer service capabilities with the maturity of managing major clients. -- That coupled with an ability to build and maintain client relationships, think on your feet and problem solve will stand you in good stead.
- Familiarity to work with computer, Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Ability to communicate in English language.
- Working Hours from 8:30 am till 5:00 pm with 1 hour break.
- Friday is off
- Social Insurance
- Mobile Allowance

3) Secretary:
Requirements:
- We need basic secretary with minimum 2 years experience at the same title.
- Good English
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Presentable.
